RHN's 10-STEP RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

1. Resumes are received, reviewed and short-listed.

2. Brief preliminary telephone interviews conducted.

3. Professional History Form are sent to selected candidates to be completed. Candidates are further short-listed.

4. PI (Predictive Index) form are sent to selected candidates to be completed.

5. Candidates are requested by RHN to arrange telephone interviews between RHN and references. Selected candidates will be invited to attend in-person interview.

6. In-person interview #1 at RHN, and

7. Written test completed by candidate at RHN. Candidate will be notified whether they will advance to the next stage.

8. In-person interview #2 at RHN. Candidate will be notified whether they will advance to the next stage.

9. Additional reference interviews and/or written tests, as needed.

10.Hiring decision is communicated to candidate.
