Our organizational philosophy includes The Four Agreements (from Don Miguel Ruiz’s Book The Four Agreements) which we take very seriously and to heart. The Four Agreements are:
Be Impeccable With Your Word. Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
Don't Take Anything Personally. Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.
Don't Make Assumptions. Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
Always Do Your Best. Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance simply do your best and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.

At RHN Our Bean Counters Count as Much as the Beans!
That's because our bean counters are people, and at RHN, people count.
Thank you for taking an interest in bean counting at RHN! You've probably already guessed that we're not your typical accounting firm. This isn't just some line to get you interested in applying, we really do believe in having fun at work. Our employees have a great time while they get the job done. How many bean counters do you know that can say that?
We can take up a lot of space and time telling you about how everyone at RHN works together, takes pride in what they do and enjoys their environment, but we'd rather let the bean counters tell you how they feel. That's what you came to this site for isn't it? The real story?
So here it is: working at RHN isn't for every bean counter out there, because some accounting types don't know how to loosen their tie. But don't just take our word for it, check out what the bean counters have to say about working at RHN, then check out the careers page.

"I was fortunate to start at RHN with entry level experience on a co-op program. Over the course of 10 years I completed my CGA designation, gained immeasurable experience from the partners/mentors and my peers, and am proud to say I am now a partner in the largest CGA firm in BC. I make sure the people I work with are given the same care and attention in their training as I received." |
