For years now, parents have been trying to claim tutoring for their kids as tuition fees. It appears to me that as long as the tutoring is at least 8 consecutive weeks, the fees would qualify for the arts tax credit.
To qualify for this amount, a program must meet all three of the Prescribed Program Requirments and and at least one of the Prescribed Program Criteria in the second list:
